Welcome to Scottish Dog Behaviourist. By booking a session, purchasing a course, or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. About Me
Scottish Dog Behaviourist is owned and operated by Craig Avery, sole trader based in Scotland, trading as Scottish Dog Behaviourist.
2. Services
I provide professional dog behaviour and training services in person and online, as well as digital courses, downloadable materials, and educational resources through Kajabi.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is payable by the date specified in your booking confirmation.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, or fail to attend, the full fee may still be due.
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Deposits will transfer to a new date where reasonable notice is given.
5. Behaviour and Safety
Your dog’s safety and wellbeing are my top priority. By attending a session, you agree to follow all handling and training guidance provided. You are responsible for ensuring your dog is fit, healthy, and suitably insured.
Scottish Dog Behaviourist is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by your dog during or after any session.
6. Online Courses and Digital Products
Access to digital content via Kajabi is for personal use only. You may not share, resell, or reproduce any course materials without written permission.
7. Results Disclaimer
Each dog and household is different. While my methods are designed to achieve positive outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed as they depend on individual follow-through and environmental factors.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, videos, graphics, and resources, belongs to Craig Avery t/a Scottish Dog Behaviourist and may not be reproduced without consent.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scottish Dog Behaviourist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services, use of this site, or reliance on information provided.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
